DWR provides immediate debris recovery and solid waste management assistance following
natural disasters and complex emergencies. We have the resources to find and bring
expertise from a wide range of people and specialists.
Haiti Earthquake
Disaster Waste Recovery is assisting over 170,000 people in a multi-million dollar
project funded by Oxfam GB in response to the Haiti earthquake of 12th January 2010.
The project is providing employment for local men and women with over 100,000 hours
of work paid at the Government wage rate.
