Implementing Agencies With their active role in developing and implementing relief and development projects, agencies can both seek advice from DWR on how best to improve waste management as well as implement best practice.	Donors Can use DWR for guidance and review of their country strategies regarding waste management, including priorities, scope of works and lessons learnt from past similar cases.

Practitioners Can use DWR to seek advice on waste management issues on the ground from experienced experts.	International Organisations UN agencies and others can find examples of best practice and seek advice on developing or reviewing policies and strategies for the waste management sector.
